I used to live in Tahoe Shores Mobile Home Park & worked on north shore SOOOOO the sewer plant smell is a familiar one to me .... and YEAH it freakin' reeks .... much more & much worse than any marijuana. Good point about the hole in the ground left by the abandoning developers that tore down highly personable stores & businesses to make South Shore some "foofy" high dollar ski resort town that people can NO LONGER afford to visit!! Disgusting!! As for trying to shut down a service that is trying it's best to comply w/ the local government requests .... Get a grip you uptight hypocritcal politicians! No one is trying to kill anyone here ... med. marijuana has a place in our society and with their showing that they WANT to cooperate, I think you ought to get off your high horse & let the do business ... otherwise things will go back to illegal sources and a whole lot more trouble!!

the only offensive smell in south lake is from the sewer plant and the city council-the FBI is on them about bribes for City of Angels owner Gino the Jugaloo trying to run all the other dispensaries out and create his own monopoly-obviously bribes were already out there and more kick money was to come once his monopoly was in place-now just honoring a license because it a CA law made by voters to have access to medical marijuana is not appealing to them without getting their "cut"-why we have a huge hole in the ground on some of the most lucrative real estate in town as well-unless someones pocket is getting lined there just isn't any incentive for our city council to make south lake the best it can be-they would rather let the place rot until the right money train comes around that will play "ball"-besides most of the marijuana "smell" complaints are just plain harassment-people against marijuana-pissed that it passed as LAW-while they pop their prescription pain and mood meds and wash it down with a scotch on the rocks while driving by they have some knee jerk reaction when they see the sign-like smelling feet after they see a foot order commercial and complain-it isn't a bad smell even IF they can smell it-let's close down the Sugar Pine Bakery-it wafts an odor-or how about the Taqueria's sometimes that menudo smell is just rancid-and hey the smell of sulfur after the fireworks is pretty nasty-this is just a lame excuse covering up the real reason-as usual

Ya know what??? This is SOOOOO bogus .... why allow medical marijuana in the state of California if communities try to do everything in their power to shut down the dispensaries??? It just is an oxymoron at it's finest.
