SPARKS, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- State wildlife officials are ready to restock the Sparks Marina with fish, just a few months after all the fish in the lake died.

An estimated 100,000 trout, bass and catfish suddenly died in December. Officials say the cold temperatures affected the oxygen levels in the water, killing the fish.

Wildlife officials will stock 8,000 trout in the marina on Tuesday, and another 26,000 thousand could be added later this year.
