Not only did it give me a good laugh at the honesty of Sparks-PD it was placed in close proximity to where the speed limit goes from 40mph and then to 45mph. I also thought the sign was effective since people seemed to slow down more without the wastd use of law enforcement. Now if there was just a way to get the drivers to have more control over their vechicles and for God's sake and those of the bikers and joggers; Stay out of the bike lane and stop swerving all over your own lane. Way too much texting still going on as well as holding phones. Save A Life-It Could Be Your Own!!!!!!!!

Who cares? Drive your car at the posted speed limit and you have no worries. Go over the limit and you get a ticket. How hard is this people?

If they didn't employ speed trap tactic's why were there constantly motorcycle cops hiding in the center divide behind the brush and trees? Was it not them who placed the sign and programed it?
