UPDATE: Reno Police tell News 4 the man that was stabbed, actually stabbed himself. The man was apparently involved in a domestic dispute near the arch, when a few good Samaritans attempted to break-up the dispute. When the good Samaritans approached the man, he got nervous, pull out a knife and accidently stabbed himself.
The suspect then ran from Police through Harrah's and was eventually caught.
RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - Reno Police tell News 4 they have detained several people after a stabbing on South Virginia St. at the Reno Arch. The stabbing happened around 2:50pm.
Police say the suspect with the knife led them on a foot chase, but was eventually caught.
They say a person was stabbed in the lower back and was taken to the hospital.
Police are still investigating what led to the stabbing.
