RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The Education Alliance of Washoe County, in partnership with The Chamber and Washoe County School District, are proud to announce the 2013 Reno Youth Leadership Class.
Twenty students from seven local high schools have been selected to participate in this year’s program.
All participants are high school juniors with a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average. Each applicant completed an extensive application and was chosen by a committee which evaluates the student’s leadership potential, community contributions, and ideas for addressing the challenges facing youth today.
