Suspect Wanted in Robbery of Lucky Gofer Market in Reno

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & Mynews4.com) -Reno Police are looking for an armed male suspect after he robbed the Lucky Gofer Market on E. 2nd St. at 4:50 a.m. this morning.

Police say the suspect entered the store, made a purchase, and while paying, produced a black handgun and robbed the clerk at the counter.The suspect then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, north on Center St. The clerk stated the suspect was the same person who had robbed him approximately two weeks ago.

The suspect is described as a black male adult, age in the mid-20's, 5'9" and skinny with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, faded jeans with white pockets and metal studs on the outside, with a white belt and a black and white striped beanie cap.

Secret Witness is offering a reward of $1,500 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect.

Anyone having information related to this crime or the suspect(s) should contact the Reno Police Department at 334-2115 or Secret Witness at 322-4900.
