RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The suspect in the shooting that happened at Silver Terrace Apartments on Mar. 9 has turned himself into police.
David Ledezma, 18, turned himself in on Mar. 11 and was subsequently booked for one count of Battery with a Deadly Weapon. Police say an unidentified subject was present during the crime and was possibly armed as well. The investigation is ongoing.
The shooting resulted in one 19-year-old being shot in the torso. The victim is in stable condition.
