RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- The Nursing Association at TMCC is hosting a unique opportunity to give back.

Thousands of people are diagnosed each year with life-threatening blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma and often times they can be cured by a bone marrow transplant. The "Be the Match" registry drive will be going on at TMCC's student center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

Nursing student volunteers will be available to assist those who would like to register to be a potential donor.
