TMCC students win accolades at SkillsUSA Competition

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) students Michael Pardovich, Meadow Massey, Mariana Cole and Toni Scott each won medals at the Nevada SkillsUSA Competition last week.

Pardovich and Cole took home gold medals in the culinary and commercial baking competitions, respectively. Massey won a silver medal in the culinary competition, and Scott won a bronze medal in commercial baking. Pardovich and Cole will compete in the National Skills and Leadership Contest as the Nevada representatives against competitors from each of the 50 states in Kansas City from June 24–28.
