RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- The Chamber, which represents the Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada business communities, has thrown its support behind Mark Hutchison in his bid to serve as the Lieutenant Governor of Nevada.

“I am proud to have the support of one of Nevada’s leading business organizations. The Chamber shares my vision of increasing economic opportunities for all Nevadans. They will continue to serve as a strong partner as we strengthen homegrown Nevada businesses and attract new commerce and industry. I worked with The Chamber during my time as a state senator and together we fought for small businesses. I thank the membership for their vote of confidence and support, and look forward to a continued partnership in fighting for Nevada businesses,” said Mark Hutchison.

The Chamber provides a variety of programs and services for local businesses and help promote Nevada by providing tourism and visitor information.

“Mark Hutchison is a proven leader for policies that will keep Nevada businesses competitive. As a small business owner, Hutchison knows what it takes to create jobs and understands that businesses need a business-friendly economic environment in order to grow and thrive. Mark knows and understands Northern Nevada. We’re confident that he will be an excellent partner to Governor Sandoval and help continue Nevada’s economic comeback,” said Tray Abney of The Chamber of Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada.
