RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- The Reno Rodeo will hold its first annual Legacy Dinner honoring PRCA Hall of Fame stock contractor Cotton Rosser.

Rosser oversees the horses, bulls and cattle at the rodeo and the overall rodeo production in the arena. Rosser is an entertainer and learned about the value of entertainment from Gene Autry.

The event will also go toward raising money to open a western museum honoring the Reno Rodeo; past, present, and future. Tonight's festivities will run from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. in the Reno Rodeo South Exhibit Hall.
Admission is $75 for individuals and $125 for a couple.

There will be a live and silent auction as well as music and dancing. Guests and celebrities will speak about Rosser and recognize his 56 years of contribution to the Reno Rodeo.
