RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has brokered the sale of The View Apartments, a multifamily apartment complex totaling 308 units, for $35 million, or approximately $114,000 per unit.
The properties are situated at 1195 Selmi Drive and 1850 Selmi Drive in Reno near the intersection of U.S. Route 395 and the McCarran Loop. The View was developed in two phases and completed in 2009. The apartments average 1,032 square feet per unit.
