Truckee Police seize 30 pounds of pot

TRUCKEE, Cal. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - Truckee Police tell News 4 they discovered approximately 30 pounds of processed marijuana and an active marijuana grow in the Sierra Meadows neighborhood.

Police say they found the pot while investigating a suspicious person in the area. The processed marijuana was packaged for sale in large half pound to pound quantities.

One suspect is in custody and other potential suspects are under investigation. The seized Marijuana is estimated to have a minimum street value of $75,000.

Police have not initially released the suspect's name or the exact address of the drug bust.

So We Wasted State Resources And Money On this why when we can heavily tax it like Booze And dig america out of this rutt not to mention the money we would save on housing non biolent offenders and border controll So Why Are We Reporting This Again?

How many people would have had their chemo side effects alleviated by that Cannabis? I'm sure my mother would like to know but she's DEAD.
