CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- According to Sheriff Ken Furlong with Carson City Sheriff’s Office, two teens are in custody and a third is expected in a vandalism spree.

The destruction of property took place over the course of one night.

One of the suspects arrested is Levi Anthony Minor, 18. He faces one felony count of destruction of property of $5,000 or more and 10 gross misdemeanor charges related to property damage. His bail has been set at $25,000.

Furlong says one of the suspects is a 16-year-old that is now in Juvenile Detention.

The suspects said they did it because they felt the government is spending too much money on schools and not on the skate park.

The two suspects were caught by area surveillance and tips from the public.

Furlong says the third suspect is a juvenile, and deputies know who he is, but he lives on tribal land.
