RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Two buildings on UNR's campus are closed Thursday after a water main broke in the northeast corner of the William J. Raggio Building.

The water line broke around 5 a.m. Thursday morning and caused power outages, data services disruption, air cooling and water service outages, according to the UNR Communications Office. Several buildings were affected and some outages are anticipated to last all day.

The Raggio Building and the the National Judicial College building will both be closed for the day. Classes and other services will be rescheduled or relocated and custodial crews are cleaning the buildings now.

The Edmund J. Cain Hall is operating normally, but the air conditioning and water service is off. The Facilities Services Department is working to assess damage and restore services as quickly as possible.

All other buildings and services on campus are operating with regular services and on normal schedules.
