One may infer from the garbled reporting and TV gargling that the drunk went east under the freeway at the Plumb multi-plex, and then drove Up the curvy Off-ramp into opposing traffic. That would be headed South into the NBound traffic. Oops, missed all the striping. NDOT: Y not put in color-coded Bumpy reflectors, drunks can't read anyway.

I saw the scene as I was southbound of I580 that morning heading to Dayton. So sad for the victims.

My husband and I passed this this morning on our way to work and the accident happened in the northbound lanes..the NHP had the northbound lanes closed at the Moana exit and we had to go up Terminal to get back on to the freeway and drove right past where the accident happened so the way this article is written is incorrect...
