RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- University of Phoenix officials say the University is phasing out their schools and will eventually be completely online once every student enrolled is finished with their education.
The University has promised a tuition freeze for all currently enrolled students. Eventually the University in Reno will no longer have a site, but will only be online.
Ten people will lose their jobs locally, and there are about 300 students currently enrolled at the Reno campus.
Official says 112 University of Phoenix campuses are not having to lay off employees because of the transition, including Las Vegas.
