University of Phoenix will not offer new students on campus instruction

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- According to the University of Phoenix in Reno, the University will "no longer be offering new students on campus instruction."

This comes after the company Apollo Group announced Tuesday it will close 115 of its University of Phoenix campuses due to declining enrollment. The move is expected to impact 13,000 students nationwide

On the upside, the University located in northern Nevada is still accepting online enrollment.
