Felt like they didn't want anyone to know what the new rules would change,but you CAN take the time to read the before and after versions if you have 15-20 minutes to spare. I didn't notice much of an improvement with new rules.

Appreciate the link - that a step in the right direction. Another above and beyond measure would be to condense the options for folks (of the two options) with the pros and cons.
