Victim Identified In Sunday's Fatal Crash

RENO, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- The Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim in Sunday's fatal crash as 45 year-old Robel Tezare of San Bruno, California.

Tezare was driving his two small children in a small Hyundai when he ran a red light at the intersection of Maple and Sierra St. and was hit in downtown Reno.

The two children were four and six years old they suffered minor injuries. Officers say the family was from the Bay are and were visiting for the holiday.

The three passengers passed sobriety test and were released.

From my understanding the the driver that took the sobriety test was not at fault anyway. I know it's required but why is that even relevant in this story. It was the victim that ran the red light. Such a sad thing, especially on Easter. His kids and family will be in my prayers.
