CARSON CITY, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- It's not often both sides are happy with a court decision. But that's the outcome of two hearings on a constitutional push to require photo ID to vote in Nevada.
The hearings were not to determine if the initiative was good or bad, but if the summary describing the plan to voters was accurate. Judge James Russell agreed with those challenging the wording.
The initiative is sponsored by conservative Sharron Angle.
On News 4 at 5, we will explain what this means for supporters and opponents of the constitutional initiative.
