CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) -- Secretary of State Ross Miller says a woman has been arrested on two felony charges for allegedly using a false identity to register to vote and casting ballots in Nevada elections.
Miller late Friday announced the arrest of Ortencia Segura in California.

A complaint filed by the attorney general's office says Segura registered to vote in Washoe County in August 2008 and provided identification with the name of Marisela Reyna. Authorities confirmed she voted in the 2008 and 2010 elections.
Authorities say information from the Justice Department show Segura was arrested in 2012 and deported for filing a false statement on a passport application. They say she also had a false Nevada driver's license, prompting the investigation.
Miller says Segura was arrested Thursday for entering the country illegally.

Strong voter ID laws with enforcement and jail or deportation will help fix the problem. Elections are critical and have consequences.

Democrat Miller must have found this arrest really bitter. I mean, isn't the entire democrat immigration effort about getting more "undocumented" democrats to the polls? And this is just one who got caught. Ross Miller took $60,000+ of "stuff" from people who wanted to help him politically. These were "legal" contributions and there was no "obvious" expectation of quid pro quo. But seriously; it is a difference without a distinction that all of the political ruling elites subscribe to; regardless of party. We need campaign finance reform NOW!

If it's a joke,it's not that funny. Notice that IF it was a Conservative, that fact'd be all over the Headline, but if it's a Liberal they'd consistently fail to mention that little fact. http://fellowshipoftheminds.com/2012/11/15/why-the-gop-will-not-do-anything-about-vote-fraud/

This is a joke, right? The Democrat party has been encouraging college kids to register and vote in two states (their home state and the state where they go to college) ever since the voting age was lowered to 18. Don't try telling me different, because in my lefty college days I was at "community organizing" meetings where exactly this style of fraud was taught. Democrats think voter fraud is their birthright and it's been a hallmark of big city Democrat machine politics for as long as this decrepit bunch of crooks and losers got together just before the Civil War and then tried to sell all the black folks back down the river all over again to end that war. Voter fraud is the exact REASON why Democrats keep screaming racism about voter ID laws: they know it's much more difficult to get a state ID or driver's license in two different states than anything else, because the states DO check their databases for these types of abuses. Can't wait until the Republicans get smart and do what North Caroline just started doing, which is getting the publicly available rolls of registered voters and going after people who voted elsewhere and in North Carolina. That's when we'll see whether someone like Jugears and the Wookie can get elected again soon!
