Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)– There was no shortage of fun to be had on Wednesday night, as the Hot August Nights festivities continued around Reno and Sparks.
The Grand Sierra played host to a wide variety of entertainers, classic cars, and of the popular "Ride-n-Drive" an event that allows members of the the public to ride with a professional driver in a 400 horsepower Corvette on a closed course.
At the Nugget, drag racing, a fan favorite, took over the grounds. The Hot August Nights Drag Races will be held until Sunday August 3rd in the west parking lot of John Ascuaga’s Nugget (corner of Nugget Avenue and 14th St.)
The gates will open at 5:30 p.m. each day.
