RENO, Nev. - The new iPhone 5 is expected to hit stores Friday, Sept. 21, 2012. Shoppers will be able to start lining up at Apple Retail Store doors starting at noon on Thursday, September 20th. The Apple Retail Store will open its doors Friday at 8 a.m. to shoppers.
There are limited quantities available in the store, and shoppers wishing to purchase the iPhone 5 will be served on a first come, first served basis. All staff will be on hand. Pre-orders will be shipped directly to the consumer; therefore there will be no in-store pre-order phones available.

Customers who buy the phone at the Apple Retail Store will be offered free in-store setup service, as well as personalized instruction on how to set up e-mail and download apps.
The phone sells for $199 for 16GB of storage, $299 for 32GB and $399 for 64GB.
