Noticed that it's illegal for illegal invaders to possess guns. Hope they start enforcing that.

The old legislation is just another example of POOR WORK BY LCB. We pay them a fortune to write and edit proposed legislation and they take out the relevant essential parts so we get unenforceable laws and/or laws with so many loopholes they're not worth the paper they were printed on.

DEFINITELY NOT... I had a friend going through a messy divorce. Husband sought counseling, but unfortunatley the divorce became even more troubled when counselor established relationship & ultimately a marriage with him. Advised her to file a complaint with state licensing board, but was never heeded. Psychiatrists are only human and culpable of severe mistakes. Just another example of overeaching politicians & their good intentions! Hope you never find yourself in this mentally ill mess and learn how difficult it would be to correct!

What happens when Obama Care (government provided) takes over? Government paid doctor's will be our new judge and jury... Since the loop hole fix suggests only a doctors diagnosis of commitment is needed, not an actual court ruling! That's an even more dangerous loop hole! We have a legal system, but it seems America has gone from innocent until proven guilty to guilty until proven innocent... even down to a simple traffic violation, where you stand on the side of the road having your car ripped apart, being intimidated and subjected to public humiliation! For crossing the yellow line twice! No arrest record, no traffic violations, no drugs, no alcohol... Could it be that permit I carry? I must be up to no good if I carry a gun! But hey, you never know if your gonna get lucky, a bonus and ego's stroked!

Yes I agree , But I also think storage requirements should also play into the equation. I should be able to have any gun I want as long as I can keep it secure and locked away from fruitcakes. If guns were stored properly we would not have had Columbine and Sandy Hook.
