Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- The Reno Police Department reports that one man was taken into intensive care last night after a shooting.

According to RPD, at around 3:13 a.m. this morning, police were called to Renown Medical Center after a man outside the hospital claimed to have been shot. Responding officers found the victim inside his vehicle parked by the front entrance to the hospital. He was then taken to the ER by REMSA, where he is being treated for multiple gun shot wounds. Officials say he is currently in critical condition.

Police have located what they believe to be a potential crime scene on the Wells street overpass, but say details on this crime remain very limited at the moment. They are asking that anyone with information on this case call Secret Witness at 322-4900.
