BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — Investigators are looking for a third suspect in connection with the drug-related killing of a Colorado man whose body was found in Wyoming.

The revelation came in charging documents filed against 58-year-old Russell Britton on Thursday in Boulder. The Daily Camera reports that prosecutors allege that Britton helped Moises Mendez and Daniel Ortiz cover up the murder of 25-year-old Nathaniel Tallman of Lafayette.

It's the first time authorities have mentioned Ortiz.

District Attorney Stan Garnett said investigators are looking for Ortiz but declined to discuss his involvement.

Documents list him as living in California, where Mendez was arrested last week.

Tallman vanished nearly two months ago after allegedly going to meet Britton for a marijuana deal. His body was found last week along a highway near Lusk, Wyo.
