RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - The Nevada Department of Corrections tells News 4 that inmate Truman Walker, 67, was found deceased in his cell at High Desert State Prison. He was discovered Friday, November 8th.

Walker was committed in 1985 from Elko County for Sexual Assault With Substantial Bodily Harm and sentenced to Life With Parole.

Walker was paroled January 1999 and re-admitted to the Nevada
Department of Corrections in September 2000 for pleading guilty to open and gross lewdness.

An autopsy will be performed by Clark County Coroner’s office.
