Judge tosses mortgage 'robosigning' case in Vegas

A Nevada judge has dismissed all charges in a marquee felony criminal complaint the state attorney general filed in December 2011 accusing two lending services company employees of being part of a massive mortgage fraud "robosigning" scheme.

IMO, just another skirting of laws so that banksters pay no jail time for their crimes. Robo signing was a crime because the courts needed the notes proven ownership. The judge is a moron, and lots of people think he was paid off. Our justice system has no justice against banksters. We are no longer a free people.
