LAS VEGAS (AP) — Nevada gambling regulators say a Las Vegas man arrested over the weekend at a Pennsylvania casino has been on their radar as a casino cheat since 1999.
Forty-year-old Jubreal Chahine was spotted Saturday afternoon at the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem. Police took him into custody without incident after being alerted by Sands employees.
Chahine is one of seven men on the Nevada Gaming Control Board's most wanted list.
The board's enforcement chief, Karl Bennison, said that's because Chahine has been arrested numerous times over the past 15 years and has been flagged by a "laundry list" of Las Vegas Strip casinos.
