LOS ANGELES (AP) — Authorities say a shirtless man fleeing a bail bondsman has climbed onto the roof of his East Los Angeles home and won't come down.
Sheriff's officials says the bondsman went to the home of a bail jumper shortly before 7 a.m. Friday but the man refused to come outside.
Sheriff's deputies were called but when they arrived, the man climbed onto the steep roof. TV news reports show the tattooed man, wearing only black shorts and white socks, standing on top of his chimney.
