NEVADA PRIMARY: Washoe County Registrar reports 17% voter turnout as of 3 p.m.

RENO, Nev. ( & KRNV) -- News 4 has just received updated voter turnout numbers from the Washoe County Registrar of Voters:

Turnout (cumulative) as of 3:00 p.m.: 11,938 – 5.5%

Turnout Including Early Voting as of 3:00 p.m. = 34,777 – 15.98%

Absent Ballots Returned as of 3:00 p.m. = 3,429

Total Turnout as of 3:00 p.m. (Election Day, Early Voting, and Absentee) = 38,206 – 17.55%

There are 81 polling locations open and available for Washoe County registered voters wanting to vote for this year’s Primary. Washoe County Registrar Luanne Cutler said it’s only taking about five minutes to get each voter through the process. Polls close at 7 p.m.

In the 2014 Primary of Sparks and Reno Nevada that I have vote for, will take part in having are schools to be safe for are kids to go to. I like to see that each school/s have all the funds for the students to have there supplies for each kid and student. I like to see the law makers that we vote for take part in having are neighbor hood to be safe of the gang/s there has been a lot of this for the past 20 years. I am a concern voter.
