LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities have identified a 19-year-old man who died earlier this week at a large house party in Las Vegas, but haven't named any suspects.

Police say they're seeking tips on the shooting of Morland Richeyelder, who died early Monday morning of a gunshot wound to the neck.

Investigators say about 70 people had gathered for a party at a house on Barium Rock Avenue, near El Capitan Way and Mountain Road.

Authorities say it appears Richeyelder left and then returned before he was shot near the driveway.

Police say the wounded teen fled the gunman by running through the crowd of partiers and eventually collapsed in the backyard.

Officials say partygoers tried to get him into a vehicle to take him to the hospital, but he died at the scene.
