LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. (AP) — A Laguna Niguel woman has been shot to death in her home and her husband is being questioned.
The Orange County Register says the 24-year-old woman died of a single gunshot wound Friday morning at a hospital. Her name hasn't been released.
Authorities say her husband called 911 to report the shooting shortly before 1:30 a.m.
Sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino says investigators believe the husband fired the shot but they're still trying to determine the circumstances and he hasn't been booked.
