SAN DIEGO (AP) — Authorities say a San Diego State University student was stabbed while trying to break up a fight at a fraternity party.
U-T San Diego reports the 20-year-old victim was stabbed in the back three times at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity early Sunday.
He was taken to a hospital for wounds that weren't life-threatening.
Investigators are searching for three suspects who were last seen driving away in a silver four-door sedan — possibly a BMW, Volvo or Audi.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police.
