San Francisco police surround RV after shooting

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- San Francisco police have surrounded a recreational vehicle in the city's Outer Mission neighborhood, as they search for a suspect in a shooting that left one man wounded.

Police say they responded to a report of a shooting in the area around 3:10 a.m. Thursday. They found a man in his 30s suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg.

He is expected to survive.

A police SWAT team was called in to search for the suspect. Television news footage showed officers surrounding the RV later Thursday morning.

Additional details were not immediately available.
