WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (AP) — Authorities have arrested a man they believed stalked a West Hollywood skin salon owner and goaded her into a murder-for-hire plot.

Edward Feinstein was arrested Wednesday and released on bail.

He couldn't immediately be reached for comment Thursday and it wasn't known whether he had an attorney.

Sheriff's detectives claim that Feinstein had a conflict with Dawn DaLuise last year and posted lewd flyers, emails and Craigslist ads with her address seeking men to act out a "rape fantasy."

He also allegedly made DaLuise believe her daughters were in danger.

Authorities say eventually DaLuise tried to hire someone to kill a business rival she mistakenly thought was behind the campaign.

DaLuise, whose clients have included Hollywood celebrities, was arrested last week. She's charged with solicitation of murder and remains jailed.
