MODESTO, Calif. (AP) — A 26-year-old Central California man facing trial for the November shooting deaths of a teenager and a young man has been found dead in his Stanislaus County Jail cell.

The Sheriff's Department says 26-year-old Ryan Neil Mazzariello was alone in the cell when he was found Thursday morning.

The Modesto Bee says there is no information on a possible cause of death.

Mazzariello was arrested at his Oakdale home after the Nov. 11 shooting deaths of 15-year-old Ruben Mora Jr. and 20-year-old Abel Calderon outside the Oakdale Market.

A motive hasn't been disclosed.

Mazzariello's car and a weapon were left at the crime scene.
