LOS ANGELES (AP) — The northbound side of U.S. 101 in the Cahuenga Pass area of Los Angeles has fully reopened after an hours-long blockage due to a truck fire.
The California Highway Patrol tells City News Service the truck cab caught fire about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, shutting down five of six northbound lanes.
After flames were doused and spilled diesel was cleaned up, all lanes reopened shortly before 7 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
