LAS VEGAS (AP) — UNLV baseball coach Tim Chambers and former UNLV golf All-American Chris Riley head a class of 2014 inductees into the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame.

Chambers is expected to miss the Friday induction at the Orleans Arena — also featuring honors for motocross star Carey Hart, drag racing team owner Ken Black and the Herbst family.

He'll be with the 34-23 Rebels in Corvallis, Oregon, for regional NCAA tournament action.

Riley, who played golf for the Rebels from 1992 to 1996, has won nearly $12 million in a 16-year pro golf career.

Hart is a Green Valley High School graduate and longtime motocross rider.

Black graduated from Western High School and has more than 40 years in drag racing.

The Herbst family is involved with motor sports including off-roading.
