CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — The Nevada Highway Patrol has released the names of two people injured with their motorcycle collided with a pickup truck in Carson City.

The accident happened just before 11 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Fairview Drive and Roop Street.

Troopers say 20-year-old Andrey Gallegos of Sparks was driving a 2007 Suzuki street bike with a passenger, 21-year-old Audrey Rugamas of South Lake Tahoe.

They were heading south on Roop Street when they collided with a Chevrolet Silverado pickup heading west on Fairview.

Authorities say both occupants of the motorcycle ejected from the bike. They were flown to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno with critical injuries.

The driver of pickup truck, 60-year-old Donald McKean of Gardnerville, was not injured.
