SEATTLE (AP) — Government leaders from along the West Coast are gathering to discuss oil spill prevention.
The event in Seattle began on Wednesday morning and involves officials from Alaska, British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii. Speakers will discuss issues like oil trains and other transportation issues along with the risks of oil spills on the water.
