SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Prosecutors say a woman accused of stabbing a man during a heated argument in a San Francisco hotel room has been charged with murder.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports 30-year-old Lisa Heng was charged Monday and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon.

Police say Heng allegedly killed 40-year-old Matt Sheahan of Sausalito Friday evening as they fought in a hotel room on Geary Street.

Sheahan suffered stab wounds to his chest. He was transported to a hospital, where he died two hours later.

Heng, a San Francisco resident, is being held at County Jail.
