ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) — Authorities say 11 people were injured in a 2-vehicle crash on an Orange County freeway.

The Orange County Register reports the crash happened Wednesday on northbound Interstate 5 in Anaheim.

California Highway Patrol Officer Stacy Willits says a Mini Cooper made an unsafe lane change and hit the side of a GMC Yukon, which spun across lanes, hit the center divider and overturned.

The Yukon, which had Utah plates, was carrying 11 passengers. Willits says all suffered minor to moderate injuries and were taken to hospitals.

The female driver of the Mini and her male passenger were uninjured.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
