LAS VEGAS (AP) — An 81-year-old Henderson man is among seven suspects indicted by a federal grand jury on charges accusing them of growing marijuana inside houses in the Las Vegas area.

The indictment handed up last week and made public Monday says they grew more than 100 pot plants at three different houses in Henderson and Las Vegas. Charges include possession of controlled substances with the intent to deliver, including THC and psychedelic mushrooms.

An April 9 trial on various charges is set for 81-year-old Eli Pinsonault, and the others: 64-year-old Bruce Rogat, 57-year-old Daniel Pinsonault, 49-year-old Mark Pinsonault and 30-year-old Ezekiel Parraz all of Henderson; and 31-year-old Jeremy Greene-Lewis and 29-year-old Candice Blackwell of Las Vegas.

If convicted, they face five to 40 years in prison and fines up to $5 million.
