"A Hero Sung" benefit concert honors Michael Landsberry

Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- Local musicians came out to pay tribute to  fallen teacher Michael Landsberry during a benefit concert at The Grand Sierra  Resort & Casino tonight, November 1, 2013.

All of the ticket  proceeds from the benefit will go directly to Michael Landsberry's wife and two  daughters. The Grand Sierra Resort & Casino also plans to donate a  portion of the drink proceeds to the Landsberry's as well.

The following  artists performed at the benefit: Knowledge Lives Forever, Crush, Lavish Green,  Bazooka Zoo, Eric Anderson, Joel Ackerson, Lucas Young, Lacey Mattison and The  Siren Society.

A memorial fund has been established for the Landsberry  family through the Nevada Military Support Alliance. All donors and contributors  are asked to make all checks payable to the Nevada Military Support Alliance  with the note "In Honor of Michael Landsberry" on the memo  line.
