VENTURA, Calif. (AP) — A former Camarillo High School administrator accused of inappropriately touching a student and an employee has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges.
The Ventura County Star reports 41-year-old Felix Gallegos entered guilty pleas Tuesday to one count of child annoyance and one count of sexual battery.
Prosecutors said Gallegos engaged in conversations of a sexual nature with a 17-year-old student and had a sexual relationship with her between November 2012 and May 2013.
Prosecutors said the sexual battery occurred in March 2013 and involved a woman who worked at the school.
Gallegos could face up to a year in county jail and three years' probation when he's sentenced next month.
He no longer works for the school district.©2014 Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed.
