Don't charge him: Family of woman that died during Washoe Drive on filing charges against the man that may have started fire

The wildfire that destroyed 29 homes near Reno is contained. Thousands of evacuees are back home. And the family of the woman found dead says there's no point in prosecuting the remorseful man who accidentally started it.

Why not charge the man. Wouldn't we charge them if it were a younger person. Just because he's remoresful. I would be remorseful but I would be charged for this. My kids would be charged for this if it were them. Yes I know he didn't mean to start it, does anyone mean to start a fire like this. This is a terrible thing to happen to anyone anywhere.

Bless the family for their compassion and forgiveness at this terrible time. It takes true goodness of heart to deal with such a tragedy without looking for someone to lash out at and blame. Their mother/grandmother would be proud. I hope they are able to move on and acquire what they need to rebuild their lives.
