UPDATE: The highway has re-opened in both directions.
TRUCKEE, Cal. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - Traffic is being held up on Eastbound I-80 at Baxter and Westbound I-80 at Truckee.
CHP tells News 4 there have been spin-outs on the interstate and the highway is very icy.
