LAS VEGAS (AP) — A grand jury has indicted a man accused of killing a neighbor who annoyed him by slamming doors.
KSNV-TV in Las Vegas reports that a Clark County grand jury has indicted Demetrius Lamar Brock on one count of murder and one count of carrying a concealed firearm.
Police say Brock confronted his neighbor, Tyrollia Belt, last November after he slammed his door, interrupting a football game. Brock confronted his neighbor and called security.
Later, the two men ran into each other again, and Brock shot at Belt 15 times. Brock told police he felt threatened.
